Get a clear record of which product rows need attention. Every order includes a row-status report and issue report.
I review one flat UTF-8, comma-separated CSV with one product per row. Your original columns, row order and meaningful leading zeros stay intact.
We agree which fields to check for missing values, duplicate SKUs/IDs where uniqueness is required and plain-decimal prices. I trim only approved outer spaces/tabs. I do not invent facts, change price amounts or delete/merge duplicates.
When export checks allow, I include a CSV of passing rows, if any, and a working CSV containing all records, including held rows, with only approved changes. Standard adds a findings summary; Premium also adds a blank same-layout template and preparation checklist.

Which CSV format do you accept
I accept one UTF-8, comma-separated CSV with unique, nonblank headers and one product per row. Your column names/order and extra columns stay intact. Send 5-10 non-sensitive sample rows and total row count on Fiverr before ordering so I can confirm the checks.
How do you handle duplicate SKUs or IDs?
If you confirm an ID/SKU should be unique, every nonblank repeated value is flagged and its rows are held. I do not delete rows, merge records or choose a winner. All rows stay in a reviewed working copy when supplied; only passing rows appear in the separate passing-row export.
What if every row is held, or a CSV cannot be supplied?
Every order includes row-status and issue reports. CSV files are supplied only when export checks allow. Passing-row CSVs contain only passing rows; the working CSV contains all records, including held rows, with approved changes. If all rows are held, no passing-row CSV is supplied.
How are the packages different?
Basic covers up to 100 rows for $25 in 3 days. Standard covers up to 200 for $50 in 4 days, plus a findings summary. Premium covers up to 300 for $75 in 5 days, plus the summary, a blank same-layout template and preparation checklist. Each includes one revision; CSV files depend on export checks.
What does a revision include?
One revision of the same file within the original row limit and agreed checks is included. New files, extra rows or different requirements need a separate quote. Corrections to mistakes in my delivery are handled without an extra fee.
Does passing mean the file is ready for a store import?
No. Passing means the agreed checks passed. I do not test store imports, access accounts, upload files or certify Shopify/WooCommerce compatibility. Variant, image-continuation and other linked-row exports need separate assessment and are outside this flat-file service.
Do I need six-digit SKUs or specific currency/weight columns?
No. We agree which existing columns to check and which are required. SKUs/IDs remain text, with leading zeros preserved. There are no mandatory quantity/weight columns or currency conversions. Any price checks use the agreed currency and rules.
