FAQ
[IMPORTANT] REVISION POLICY:
Revisions will only cover the original information provided by the buyer and by my order description. My Order descriptions list down and confirm what the buyer wants. Revisions DO NOT cover information the buyer did not provide and confirm in the first place. Keep the orders within their scope.
No free revisions? Why?
They take time, after all, and time is money. I strongly suggest sending every bit of detail and reference available for the requested task to make things fast and efficient.
Do you also make Animated Sprites?
Yes I do! They come with animated samples and sheets. Contact me so we can discuss what you need as well as the price. DO NOT ORDER FOR THESE VIA MY GIG PAGE. This will be handled in a custom offer.
Can you keep the final product under wraps?
Yes! As a reminder, that's up to you, as sellers have little control over the Live Portfolio. You might have to scroll down a bit for the setting that allows the delivery to be shown on the gig! In the event you did not see the option, please contact Customer Support!
Do you handle Logo Design?
I do not handle logo designs, period. I will only accept them as 1:1 conversions of an existing design.
What about commercial use?
You will have to shoulder a fee of $20 as shown on the gig packages if you intend to profit using my work.
Bulk Orders and custom requests?
I will only handle five (5) illustrations at a time. Please DO NOT bypass this by making multiple orders at once. Custom Orders exist for a reason; and they are just as limited. Take it or leave it.
Can you make X with Y amount of traits?
See above. Take it or leave it.
Can you send over the source file(s)?
Only after the order is complete, period.
Do you do NSFW?
No.
