Your content is written, but you want to make sure it is polished, engaging, easy to understand, and virtually free of errors. That's where I come in!
- While proofreading, I ensure your document has correct spelling and grammar, syntax, punctuation, capitalization, and more.
- With copy editing, I am able to proofread as well as rewrite or restructure parts of your writing as needed for clarity/flow and provide you with feedback to continue improving your work. My ultimate goal is to do so while maintaining your voice as an author.

What kind of file should I send you?
When you place your order, send me what I will be proofreading for you in a Microsoft Word document. I can also work within Google Docs if you prefer. I cannot edit PDFs.
Can you create a custom order for my project?
Certainly! Send me a message with your project parameters if it is too large for my existing packages.
Do you work with non-native English speakers?
Of course! I will help your work sound like it was written by a native speaker.
Are you a native English speaker/writer?
Yes! I was born and raised in the United States.
My document is bigger than the packages you have listed! Can you still proofread it?
Of course! Plug in the number of words contained in your document to your desired package and it will generate the cost for you accordingly.
What will I receive from you when my order is complete?
You will receive two documents from me: one MS Word document showing you all of the changes/comments I have made using the Track Changes feature, and another MS Word document with all of the changes accepted so that it is a clean copy and ready for you to use.
What style guides do you use?
I am most comfortable with the Chicago Manual of Style (17th edition), but let me know if you have a specific style guide you need used with your document.
