What do you need to start my wearable product design?
Send your sketch, reference images, dimensions, PCB/component dimensions, product requirements and preferred manufacturing method. I can also work from an early stage concept.
Can you design an enclosure around my PCB and electronic components?
Yes. I can design the wearable enclosure around your supplied PCB, battery, display, sensors, buttons, ports and other internal components.
Will my wearable design be ready for 3D printing?
Yes. I can prepare STL/3MF prototype files with suitable clearances, wall thicknesses, assembly features and component fit.
Can you make the product ready for injection molding?
Yes. The Premium package can include DFM considerations such as wall thickness, draft, ribs, bosses, snap fits, part separation and assembly requirements.
What files will I receive?
Depending on your package, I can provide STEP/STP, STL, 3MF, SLDPRT, PDF technical drawings and other requested CAD formats.
