Yes. I can help schedule meetings/webinars, manage user settings, assign licenses, configure features, and provide general Zoom account support. Some features require eligible Zoom plans.

It should first be noted. The host may not be the event facilitator or presenter. The Host is the only user with full permission to manage the meeting, and there can only be one host of a meeting. So it is possible to join a meeting and not see or hear the zoom host.

Support is provided until the scheduled event end time. If your event runs longer, I'm happy to stay if I'm available. If you'd like extended coverage, please let me know in advance.

Yes, once your meeting is over 40 minutes, you will also need an eligible Zoom plan depending on the features required for your event. Some advanced features, such as webinars, larger meetings, and certain controls, may require specific Zoom plans or add-ons.
