The basic $10 gig is for NON COMMERCIAL use ONLY. Basically private recordings are not intended to be heard by the general public and you own them under a work for hire agreement. For jobs intended for commercial use, you have to cover broadcast rights & commercial license separately.

I retain the copyright for everything I create. So if you write an instrumental and I write the lyrics and melody, we would do a 50/50 song split. We'll negotiate a split based on how much each party contributes. If you want the full copyright you can purchase the Commercial Rights gig extra.
