I will handle echa pcn submission, ufi code generation and clp labeling

About this gig
Selling hazardous mixtures in the EU or UK? Since 1 January 2025, ECHA requires ALL hazardous mixtures chemicals, cleaning products, cosmetics, candles, adhesives, detergents, vapes, nicotine pouches to have a valid Poison Centre Notification (PCN) and UFI code before you can legally sell. No exceptions, no grace period.
I help manufacturers, importers, and Amazon/private-label sellers stay fully compliant with:
- ECHA PCN submission (Poison Centre Notification)
- UFI (Unique Formula Identifier) code generation
- CLP label review & correction (hazard pictograms, H/P statements)
- Product classification under EuPCS
- SDS-based composition data preparation for submission
Whether you're launching a new product line, got a customs hold, or received a marketplace compliance warning, I'll get your PCN filed and UFI code sorted fast, accurate, and without the regulatory headache.
Why work with me?
- Fast, accurate ECHA/CLP-compliant submissions

FAQ
What is PCN and why do I need it?
PCN (Poison Centre Notification) is a mandatory EU filing for any hazardous mixture sold in the EU/UK, required so poison centres can respond to emergencies.
Do I need this if I only sell in the US?
No — PCN/UFI is an EU and UK requirement. If you're expanding into or already selling in the EU/UK/Northern Ireland market, you need it. US-only sellers don't.
Is the UFI code really free?
Generating the UFI code itself is free, but it must be correctly derived from your VAT number and formulation, and it's only valid once your PCN submission is accepted
Can you also help if I already have a PCN but need to update it?
Yes — formulation changes, new markets, or corrections to an existing notification are all covered; just message me first so I can scope it properly.
