Who pays for Claude or model usage?
You use your own Anthropic, OpenAI or cloud account, so usage is billed to you directly with no markup. I estimate the monthly cost before we start.
What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard way to give Claude and other AI tools safe access to your data and actions, like reading a database or creating a CRM record.
Which tools can the agent connect to?
Anything with an API: CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, databases, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion and your own internal systems.
Is my data safe?
Agents get the least access they need, read-only by default. Write actions need your approval, and everything can run in your own cloud account.
Do you work with OpenAI as well as Claude?
Yes. MCP servers work with Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients, and agents can run on Claude, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI depending on your needs.
Where will the agent run?
On your computer for Claude Desktop or Claude Code, or deployed on your own Azure or AWS account for team use. I set up and document either option.
What happens after delivery?
You get the source code, a README and a handover call. Premium includes 14 days of support, and a monthly care plan is available for updates and new tools.
