Yes. We build everything in your Azure tenant, so you keep full control over data, access and costs. If you don't have a subscription yet, we'll help you set one up.
Are Azure usage costs included in the price?
No. The package covers our work. Azure consumption, e.g. Azure OpenAI tokens, is billed by Microsoft directly to your subscription. You get a cost estimate from us before we start building.
Can you run and maintain the solution after go-live?
Yes. As a managed services company, we can take over monitoring, updates and support after go-live. Just send us a message and we'll put together a custom offer.
