FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
I need correct access (for example Contributor, User Access Administrator, Key Vault access where needed), the affected subscription/resource group, a short description of the issue, and any error messages or screenshots you have.
Can you really solve issues in less than an hour?
In many cases yes, as long as I have the right access and context. Some problems need more time or vendor involvement, but you will always get a clear root cause or next steps, not guesswork.
What counts as a revision in this gig?
A revision is one round of tweaks to the solution I already delivered, within the same agreed scope. For example, adjusting a setting or threshold, or clarifying the docs. New features or new issues are a new order or an upgraded package.
What is the difference between Basic, Standard and Premium?
Basic is for one clear issue on one resource. Standard is for one small app or container environment that needs fixing and hardening. Premium is for more complex stacks (AKS, networking, DB, IaC) or when a migration is also needed.
Can you avoid making direct changes in production?
Yes. If you prefer, I can work in a guided mode where I provide the exact steps, and you or your engineer execute them while I verify and adjust.
