Do I need to pay for AI tools?
Usually not to start - most workflows run on free tiers of mainstream AI tools. If a paid tool genuinely saves you more than it costs, I'll flag it and let you decide.
Will this replace my staff?
No - and I won't sell you that fantasy. These workflows remove repetitive busywork so your people spend time on work that needs a human.
What do you need from me to start?
A description of the task, 2-3 real examples of it (e.g. past emails, listings, posts), and which tools you already use. That's enough for me to build and test.
I'm not technical. Is this for me?
Yes - the whole point is that you don't need to be. The playbook is written in plain language and the workflows run in tools you already know how to use.
