FAQ
Do I need Commercial Rights?
Commercial rights are included with your order for unpaid marketing and general external use, such as promotional videos, audiobooks and podcasts. (Does not include paid marketing usage -- see Full Broadcast Rights.)
Do I need Full Broadcast Rights?
Please include this option in your order if you intend to use this voice over in paid marketing, such as TV or radio commercials. (Does not include unpaid marketing usage -- see Commercial Rights.)
What is your revision policy?
Each revision includes a redo of up to 100 words for style or script changes. The first revision is free, and additional revisions can be added for an additional fee. (If the revision is needed because I mispronounced a word, I will happily fix that at no charge.)
Do you expedite deliveries?
Currently, orders are expected to be delivered within 48 hours unless otherwise noted in the order details. No additional expediting options are offered at this time.
Do you provide script samples?
Yes! I will gladly read a small segment of your script before you order so you can decide if my voice is the right fit for your project.
What file types do you offer?
I will by default send you a .WAV and .mp3 of the finished product. If you need a different format, please message me before placing an order.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
You can request cancellation of an order up until delivery of the first full read. No refunds on work already delivered, but the project does come with a free revision to help ensure your full satisfaction.
Can you add SFX or music to files?
I do not currently offer this as an option.
Are there voice over scripts you will not accept?
I aim to keep my performances acceptable for general audiences. To that end, I do not perform scripts that contain foul language or are sexually explicit. For anything politics and religion, please contact me ahead of time before ordering.
Can I use your voice for AI?
Nope, sorry. I do not permit my voice to be reproduced for any AI system or project. This voice is always 100% authentic!
