What access do I need?
SSH access, relevant logs, and a short description of the issue and what changed before the issue started. Screen share is also fine if you prefer not to share credentials.
Can you guarantee a fix?
Most issues can be stabilized or diagnosed during the session. If a deeper rebuild is required, I will clearly explain the situation and suggest next steps.
Do you work with production servers?
Yes. I focus on careful troubleshooting and will always communicate actions for you to approve before applying changes
