Sometimes it feels like emotional exhaustion, numbness, isolation, lack of motivation, overthinking, or feeling disconnected from yourself.
Many people stay stuck in survival mode for so long that they stop recognizing themselves.
In these sessions, well work on emotional regulation, self-awareness, nervous system patterns, self-worth, and rebuilding a healthier relationship with yourself.
I provide trauma-informed coaching for individuals experiencing depression, loneliness, and the challenges that come with them. My approach integrates principles from Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), while remaining person-centered and supportive. Each session offers a safe, confidential space where you can explore what you're going through without judgment.
Together, we may look at patterns that keep you feeling stuck, address self-sabotaging behaviors, and work on developing healthier coping strategies. The focus is on building resilience, self-worth, and practical tools you can carry into everyday life.

Is this therapy?
No, this is coaching, not therapy. While my approach is informed by therapeutic practices like CBT and DBT, I don’t diagnose or treat mental health disorders. My role is to support your growth, offer practical tools, and help you create a life that feels more aligned and empowered.
What can I expect in a session?
Each session is a safe, judgment-free space where we’ll focus on what you’re experiencing and explore practical tools you can start using right away. You'll leave with more clarity, confidence, and emotional support tailored to your unique needs.
Do I need to prepare anything before our session?
Just come as you are. After you place your order, I’ll ask you a few short questions to better understand your goals and focus areas. No need to overthink it—I’ll meet you where you’re at.
I’ve never done coaching before. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. Whether you’re completely new or have done a lot of personal work already, we’ll start at a pace that feels right for you. No pressure, no expectations, just support.
Can we focus on more than one issue?
Yes! Especially in the Standard and Premium packages, we’ll have more time to explore the connection between issues like anxiety, confidence, and emotional overwhelm.
Do you offer ongoing support after the sessions?
My Premium package includes support between sessions (Monday–Friday), so you don’t have to navigate things alone. If you’d like more ongoing support, I can also customize a package for you.
