About this gig

I will create a workout plan for you. By that I dont mean sending you a generic template, but working with you through a conversation to determine which exercise selection and training frequency could be optimal for you.


I also offer feedback on your current exercise execution based on videos you send me in order to improve your training quality.

My knowledge is primarily focused on targeted muscle building (hypertrophy). I do have basic knowledge of exercises such as the classic bench press, deadlift, and squat, and I can provide advice on those as well. However, I do not write powerlifting programs, nor do I optimize lifting technique for powerlifting.

My offer is mainly aimed at beginners who still struggle with creating their own training routine and mainly want to build muscle.


I have been training on and off since I was a teenager, but I really got serious about it about 6 years ago. During the COVID period, I discovered my passion for training theory and began studying it intensively so I could improve myself.

I have learned through my own research or from others who corrected my technique and training and advised me before I started helping others.
