2. Do I need to have a specific goal to start coaching?
Not at all. Many clients start without a clear goal. We can use the first session to explore what’s going on in your life and identify what you want to work on.
3. How long are the sessions and how do they work?
Each session lasts 45 minutes and is held via video call (Zoom or Google Meet). After each session, I send you a personalized action plan with clear next steps.
4. What if I’m not sure coaching is right for me?
That’s completely normal. You can start with the Single Session package to try it out with no commitment. Many clients begin this way and then continue with a package.
5. Is our conversation confidential?
Yes. Everything we discuss remains completely confidential. I create a safe and non-judgmental space for you.
6. What is your approach to coaching?
My style is practical, honest, and human. I don’t promise quick fixes, but I do promise to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and support you in gaining clarity and taking action.
7. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session without any penalty. Just let me know in advance.
Do you offer support between sessions?
Yes. With the Standard and Premium packages, I offer follow-up support via message so you can ask questions or share updates between sessions.
