Your app is built. Getting it live on the App Store and Google Play is where first submissions get stuck: missing privacy answers, wrong screenshot sizes, signing errors, or Apple's minimum functionality rule for web apps.
I have taken five apps through review in the last year (four on the App Store, one on Google Play) and handle the whole process:
Production builds and signing (Expo EAS, Xcode, Android Studio)
App Store Connect and Play Console setup under your own accounts
Listing text, screenshots in every size, icon and feature graphic
App Privacy and Data Safety forms, age rating
TestFlight and Play internal testing on your own phone first
Submission, and the reply to the reviewer if anything comes back
The accounts and the app stay yours; I only get upload access and remove myself when done.
Web app? Apple rejects plain wrappers. The Premium package adds a native shell (Capacitor or Expo) with icon, splash, push notifications and an offline screen.
Each delivery ends with a short written handover so you can push updates without me.

Do I need my own Apple and Google developer accounts?
Yes, and that is the right way to do it: the app should be owned by you. Apple charges 99 USD a year and Google 25 USD once. I walk you through creating both on a call, then you give me the access needed to upload.
What if Apple or Google rejects the app?
I read the rejection, fix what is on my side (metadata, forms, build settings, missing screens) and resubmit within the revisions of your package. If the reviewer asks for a change to the app itself, I tell you exactly what they want and quote it separately if it is real development work.
How long does it take?
My part is the delivery time on the package. Apple's review usually adds 1 to 3 days and a brand-new Play Console account can take up to a week for its first review, which neither of us controls. I set the accounts up first so that clock starts early.
