Finding local businesses that don't have a website yet is one of the best ways to find people who need web design, marketing, or online setup help, but manually searching Google Maps one listing at a time is slow and easy to get wrong.
I built a Python-based scraping tool that automates this. Give me a zip code and a business category (like "HVAC," "plumbers," or "bakeries"), and I'll pull local listings from Google Maps, then cross-check each one against Google Search (and Yelp on higher tiers) to confirm whether it actually has a live website. You get back a clean CSV with business name, address, and phone number, sorted so verified no-website leads stand out.
This isn't a raw data dump. Every listing on Standard and Premium tiers has been individually checked, not guessed at. That means the list you get is ready to actually contact, not a spreadsheet you have to clean up first.
Turnaround is 2-3 days depending on package size. All I need from you to start is a zip code and the type of business you're targeting.

What do you need from me to get started?
Just a zip code (or a few, depending on your package) and the type of business you're targeting, like "roofers" or "nail salons."
How many leads will I actually get?
It varies by market. Some niches and areas have a lot of businesses without a website, others are already well covered. I scrape a set number of businesses per package tier and deliver every verified lead found, rather than promising a fixed count I can't guarantee ahead of time.
What format is the data delivered in?
A CSV file with business name, address, and phone number. Standard and Premium also flag which listings were confirmed to have no live website.
Where does this data come from? Is it legal to use?
Everything comes from publicly available listings on Google Maps, Google Search, and Yelp, the same information anyone can see by searching manually. Nothing private or scraped from behind a login.
Can you target a category outside your examples?
Yes, any local business category works. Just tell me the category in your order.
What happens if very few leads come back in my area?
If verified leads come in under ~3% of businesses scraped for your tier, I'll scrape a second nearby zip code free so you still get a usable list.
