Yes. Send your store URL, affected page, and a screenshot or short recording. I will review the request and confirm the scope, price, and delivery time.
What counts as a minor Shopify bug?
A small, isolated theme issue such as incorrect spacing, alignment, colors, or a simple responsive layout problem. Complex debugging and new features need a separate assessment.
What access will you need?
Where access is necessary, I will request Shopify collaborator access with the permissions needed for the agreed work. Please do not send passwords or two-factor authentication codes.
Will you edit my live Shopify theme?
Where feasible, I work on a duplicate theme first. I will confirm any changes that need to affect the live store before applying them.
Do you test on mobile and desktop?
Yes. I check the affected elements on desktop and mobile layouts. A full-store audit or testing on every device is not included.
Can you fix Liquid and JavaScript errors?
I can assess theme-related Liquid and JavaScript issues. The package or custom offer depends on the cause, complexity, and access required.
Can you fix problems caused by an app?
I can investigate theme-side integration issues. Changes inside third-party app systems may require the app developer and are not automatically included.
Does this gig include a complete Shopify store?
No. This gig focuses on bug fixes and agreed theme customizations. Full store builds, full landing pages, and theme rebuilds require a separate scope and quote.
What does a revision include?
A revision is one round of adjustments to the agreed deliverable. New pages, features, or unrelated issues are additional work. An agreed fix that is not working should be reported for correction.
Do you guarantee more sales or a perfect speed score?
No. I deliver the agreed technical changes and testing. Sales and performance scores depend on factors beyond the specific work included in this gig.
