Which Odoo versions and editions do you support?
Odoo 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19, on both Community and Enterprise. Migrations are typically run in clean steps, for example v17 to v18 to v19, so nothing is skipped or left in a half-upgraded state.
Will my existing customizations survive the upgrade?
Yes, that is the focus. I review each custom module, source-verify its code against the target version, and fix what would break on upgrade instead of leaving fragile patches. Undocumented hacks are the number one reason upgrades fail later, so I remove that risk and document what changed.
Is my data safe, and what about backups?
