Do you only do travel?
No. The same core serves travel agencies, tour operators, service businesses and field teams that report progress from many sites. Tell me your trip or job flow and I will map it.
Can it handle several currencies and languages?
Yes. The booking and invoicing system I built runs in English, German and French with card payments and VAT. Other currencies and languages are set up per project.
Who owns the code?
You do. On completion you get the full source code and all rights in it. The system runs in your own hosting account from the first deployment.
What do you need from me?
Your current sheets or forms (dummy data is fine), your trip or job flow, who does what, and access to the hosting account. No account yet? I will walk you through opening one in your name.
What are the videos and the manual?
In the top package, each role gets short screen-recorded tutorial videos, one per task, and a PDF manual that uses the same screens. Standard includes a short PDF guide.
Can customers pay online?
Yes. Booking and invoicing can take card payments through Stripe. Payment fees and your merchant account stay with you.
Will my accountant accept the numbers?
Money moves through a double-entry ledger with an audit trail and CSV export. Your accountant stays the judge: I build the records and give no accounting or tax advice.
What happens after delivery?
You can run it without me. Bugs in what I built, reported within 14 days of delivery, are fixed at no charge. New features are a new order or a custom offer.
