Which platform should I choose, Vapi or Retell?
Both are excellent. I will recommend one based on your call volume, language needs, and CRM. You are not locked in by choosing now; the conversation design transfers between them.
Will callers know it is AI?
The agent can introduce itself as your virtual receptionist. Most buyers prefer transparency, and it keeps you compliant. We will agree the exact wording before build.
Can it really book into my calendar?
Yes. It checks live availability and writes the booking, confirmation, and reminders into Google Calendar, Calendly, GoHighLevel, or your CRM, depending on your setup.
What happens with emergencies or angry callers?
