1 flow mean 1 automation or trigger condition. 10 emails mean sequencing one by one. Example: Send welcome instantly, 2 days later send a follow up, again after 2 days send another follow up. Like this email count is 10. Different follow example- sign up welcome, abandoned cart reminder are 2 flows.
3. Do you write the contents or email copies?

4. Can you create a custom signup form according to my concept?
Yes, I can. Send me the fields name of the form which you need and I will create a signup form with those fields. Otherwise you can send me a demo form I will create like that demo.
