Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans tailored to each customer's critical data needs.

Collaborate with you to identify root causes of data-related incidents, resolve underlying issues in data management systems, and implement safeguards and preventive measures to enhance data resilience. Design and test business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of catastrophic failures or natural disasters.
