I'm a former software QA engineer from Malaysia with hands-on experience in ReadyAPI, Postman, TestComplete and Playwright. I now apply the same structured testing to AI chatbots, AI agents and their APIs.

- Hallucination: does it invent prices, policies or codes?
- Prompt injection and jailbreak attempts
- Off-topic handling and staying in scope
- Tone with frustrated or abusive users
- Escalation to a human when needed
- Multi-turn memory and context
- API flows (Postman, on request): wrong inputs, failures and edge cases
You get an Excel bug report with test ID, scenario, input, expected vs actual result, severity and status, plus a short summary with fix suggestions.
I use AI tools to help draft test ideas. Every test is run and checked by me.

No. A test link, demo account or staging bot is enough. Please don't share production secrets.
Which platforms do you test?
Website chat widgets, Telegram/WhatsApp test bots, custom GPT-style assistants and REST APIs (with Postman, on request). Ask me if yours isn't listed.
Will you fix the bugs?
This gig is testing and reporting. I give clear steps to reproduce and suggest fixes. Fixing can be discussed separately.
