I will develop and Linux Debian application for you in Pascal using the Lazarus IDE.
The application can be console-based or UI based and include a variety of features.
Keep in mind that this Debian app will be compatible with most Debian versions, but It will not use the latest UI elements introduced in Ubuntu. The applications UI theme will sync with the system.

Will the application work on Ubuntu-based systems?
Yes, It works on all Ubuntu based systems, I personally will be developing using the Lazarus IDE on my Zorin OS 17 machine.
Does the installer include all the required dependencies?
Yes, and .so library files will be placed in their respective folder, the libraries in /usr/lib/ and the executable in /usr/bin, any other files will also be placed in their respective places accordingly. It will also add Itself to the application's screen.
