What do I need to provide?
Please include your business or personal brand name, logo or headshot image, business phone number, business email address, business website URL, and personal brand colors or a preferred background image color.
What will I receive?
You'll receive a custom digital-only graphic as a PNG image file featuring your branding and a QR code that can be set as your smartphone lock screen image, wallpaper background image, or shared digitally.
Can you use my existing QR code?
Yes. If you already have a QR code image or vCard link, I can incorporate it into your custom design.
Will you create the custom QR code for me?
Yes. With this gig, if you provide your business information you want encoded, I will generate a custom QR code as part of your design.
Will the design work with both Android and iPhones?
Yes. Just specify which smartphone manufacturer you have. Please note: Some default phone cameras can experience an issue with website URLs not being added properly; however, most free third-party QR scanner apps will add your website URL details correctly.
Is this the same as a printed business card?
No. This is a digital-only design intended for display on your phone or for online sharing, making it easy for others to scan and save your contact information into their smartphones. It is not recommended to print this design out, as you may experience blurry or pixelated quality issues.
Can I request revisions?
Yes, 1 revision or change is included to help ensure your finished design matches your branding and preferences; additional revisions can be purchased separately.
Is the QR code image you create static or dynamic?
Static. This means that once your QR code image is created, the information linked to it cannot be updated or changed. You would need to order a new gig service from me to create a new QR code if any of your business information ever changes.
Can my QR code image link to one of my social media links instead of adding my contacts to a smartphone?
Yes. Instead of creating your QR code that, when scanned, asks your potential client to add your business info to their contacts, I can create a QR code that will link to any one of your social media accounts. However, it can only link to one of your social media accounts, not multiple.
