I have been a professional real estate cold calling agent for over the past 5 years for clients in the United States and Canada.. I have worked with Keller Williams professionally and I understand the real estate Industry.

I will cold call and pre qualify all your leads and find motivation to sell.

 I take detailed notes such as the condition of the property, their motivation to sell, timeline, asking price, and if they are working with any other agent in the area. 

I will set a good time for a follow up call and send you this lead ASAP.

I have extensive experience with all types of leads absentee owners, fsbo, expired, vacant homes or even tax delinquent or probate leads!
