Contractors need to submit bid for flooring construction. I will estimate the required flooring materials with precision and deliver the data in an arranged manner. The contractor will just copy the data and submit their bid form.
I will trace the floor plan in measuresquare software and give you the output. I will provide-
- Overall.
- 3D view (if the wall has any materials).
- Quantity sheet.
- Qualification sheet.
- Notes (if there is any discrepancy).

Do you charge by the square feet area?
I mainly charge by the volume of work. If there are wall materials or any complicated patterns, I take them into consideration and adjust the price accordingly. Every project will have their customized pricing so you don't have to pay for a penny extra for any service you are not getting.
What are the materials do you pick-up/ takeoff?
I do all kinds of flooring materials (including the underlayment) like, tiles, LVT, VCT, Wood flooring, Epoxy, Resinous, Raised access floor, Carpet, etc. I will also include special cases like Mudbed, Waterproofing, Crack isolation in the final report.
