I can only add simple characters as it's not my core expertise.
Can you do Parallax effect for games and provide PSD file with Layers
Yes, I can do. 100% assured parallax effect along with layered PSD file. PSD file comes as extra cost of $80.
How many Revisions you provide?
I always update you as I progress through the project from basic composition to coloring and then final details and ask for your feedback and suggestion along the way. This way you get to see if the design is progressing as per your idea. So, you hardly need any revision at the end of the project.
Can you do extra fast delivery?
Yes, I can do if I don't have too much workload but extra fast delivery charges are extra mentioned in the gig extras.
