Yes, I do both. After creating the scenario and agreeing upon the final version, I can create both a storyboard and/or an animatic* for the project. Please note that these are extras and should be ordered with the animation. *In essence, an animatic is an animated storyboard.

Yes, I can provide professional voiceovers for all kinds of animations in most languages. After agreeing on the final version of the text, I'll get the voiceover from the professional voice artists I work with. I can also use the voiceover you send me, and create the animation based on that.

Both. In my technique, I create the 2D ones with hand drawn objects and backgrounds using a similar process to 'cel animation', but also in many of my works I use both 2D and 3D objects at the same time. There are also some projects where I mostly use 3D objects, like the product stop motions.

I use Dragonframe for shooting the animations and do the rest of the works like color grading and further edits on Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
