Custom expressions is an expression that can be triggered with a specific button. (Angry, Happy, Confused, Sad, etc)

Custom Animation or Special Action is a movement made in animation. So that your character can play the animation in the software. (Dancing, Waving, Pose,etc).

You can still use the whole character, but in the lower body will be static

We can make custom animation for that, because VTube/Facerig does not track lower body for 2D avatars.

The software must support reading of Live2D models, for now we have tested on Facerig, Vtube Studio, 3tene, Prprlive, and Live2DViewerEx.
