How do i give you Access to my Quickbooks online or Xero ?
login to your Quickbooks online Account. On the Right Top, click the gear icon > Manage users > Accounting firms. from here you need to add us as a user (atleast standard or admin as per working need )
Can you prepare the financial statements in excel or other format ?
Yes, Absolutely! I provide financial statements in Excel, PDF, Google Sheets, or any format you prefer. While QuickBooks Online is my primary tool, I can export reports (P & L, B/S, Cash Flow) to your desired format. Please share your req. before placing the order if it is other than pdf or excel.
What do you need to prepare my Income Statement and Balance Sheet?
Financial Records (digital preferred): Trial Bank, credit card statements (PDF/CSV). Sales invoices, expense receipts, payroll records. Loan agreements, asset purchase details, and inventory data (if applicable). QuickBooks Online Access: View/edit access to your account (or I’ll set it up for you).
What if we don't have trial balance ?
If your financial records are incomplete, I can rebuild your Income Statement and Balance Sheet using bank statements and available documents. However, reconstructing transactions manually involves extra work, which incurs additional costs (quoted upfront based on transaction volume )

Can you share your Email for Data sharing ?
It depends on the type of order, For most projects, I recommend sharing files securely through Fiverr’s platform to ensure compliance with their policies. However, if your data type requires email sharing (e.g., large files or specific formats) Based on your order type, we can share Data only.
