FAQ
Do you build new workflows and fix existing ones?
Yes. Basic is best for one existing workflow issue. Standard and Premium cover new builds or broader redesigns.
Which systems can you connect?
Any system with a suitable supported API, webhook, database view or secure file interface may be possible. We confirm access and vendor limits before committing.
Do I need my own n8n instance and software licences?
Yes. The buyer supplies the n8n environment, vendor accounts and required licences. We do not resell licences through this Gig.
Can you work with sensitive business data?
Yes, where the scope and access method are appropriate. We use data minimisation and least-privilege principles and identify access concerns before work begins.
Can you guarantee an external API will never change?
No. Vendor APIs, limits and authentication can change. We document dependencies and can include monitoring and support recommendations.
Will you use screen scraping?
We prefer supported APIs, webhooks and documented interfaces. We will not recommend brittle scraping when a safer supported route exists.
