We also deploy the software agent to install on client workstations, servers, mobile devices, and other endpoints.

We build custom scripts for RMM Automation so that your IT needs are fulfilled and tasks are completed proactively. Our RMM Audit Tool assists you streamline and securing your

client's IT infrastructure and helps standardize it.

• NOC Basic - Monitoring Only
• NOC Advanced - Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Fixing Issues
• Firewall Audit - Cisco, Juniper, Sophos, FortiGate, WatchGuard, SonicWall, etc.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) - iOS, Android, Windows
• Gather information about client software, hardware, and networks.
• Track network and device health.
• Supply the activity reports and data.
• Monitor multiple endpoints and clients simultaneously.
• Create appropriate alerts and tickets when problems arise.
• Automate scheduled maintenance tasks.
