What formats do you work with?
Excel (xlsx/xls), Google Sheets, CSV, TSV, and exports from Stripe, Shopify, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, Xero, and most other tools. If your format isn't listed, just ask and I'll confirm.
Is my data safe?
Always. I work on a copy of your file and never touch the original. Files are deleted from my system within 7 days of delivery. NDA available on request.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
That's fine. Describe the problem (e.g. 'these sheets won't combine' or 'my SUMIF is wrong') and I'll diagnose and fix it. No need to know the technical solution upfront.
