I am fully flexible. I deliver estimates in both US Imperial units (Cubic Yards, Pounds, Square Feet) for US/Canada clients, and Metric units (Cubic Meters, Kilograms) for European and international projects.
What files do I need to provide to start the project?
Please provide your project blueprints or structural drawings in PDF, DWG, or high-resolution image formats. If you only have hand-drawn sketches with dimensions or site photos, please share them so I can deduce the takeoff structure for you.
Are the unit prices included in the initial takeoff?
The takeoff focused primarily on accurate material quantities. However, my Excel files are 100% interactive. I provide designated input cells where you or your local contractor can type in your specific local material and labor costs, and the entire budget updates automatically.
Do you double-check for errors or distortions in the blueprints?
Yes. Part of my valuation process includes a scale and logic audit. If a plan has been distorted by repeated scanning or printing, I mathematically recalculate the true scale before performing the takeoff to prevent catastrophic material shortages.
Do you translate to English as well?
Yes, I speak English, Romanian, and Russian. I can translate from one to another, or receive the project in one of these languages and provide the final information in another.
