Do I need historical data?
No. For startups I build from assumptions we agree together.
Will I be able to update the model?
Yes. All inputs sit on one sheet, and nothing is hard-coded.
Can you work in PKR, USD or GBP?
Yes, any currency.
Which format do you deliver in?
Excel (.xlsx) with all inputs on one assumptions sheet and no hard-coded numbers. Google Sheets on request. The Premium package also includes a PDF summary memo you can send to investors or your bank.
Will a bank or investor accept this model?
Yes. I build models the way lenders and investors expect to see them: linked three statements, clearly labelled assumptions, scenario cases and standard metrics (NPV, IRR, payback, DSCR). I present financing cases to banks and boards in my CFO role, so I know which numbers get challenged.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2 and Premium 3. Most changes are assumption tweaks, which you can make yourself because every input sits on one sheet. Larger scope changes are quoted separately.
