One question matters. Will this project pay back what you put in, and how long will it take? I've run Mokawala, a business-planning practice in Morocco, since 2013. I've worked on more than 300 projects and financing files, from cafes and salons to workshops and transport companies, and done market studies for Europe, the US, the Gulf and Asia. Small projects fail in the same places. A sales ramp that's too optimistic, a forgotten working-capital need, or a loan payment that eats the margin.
What I do in 3 steps:
- Market check: who buys, how many, at what price, and who you're up against, with dated sources.
- 2. Financial model: start-up costs, monthly cash flow for 3 years, break-even, payback and return.
- 3. Decision report: go, no-go or go with changes, and the 3 numbers that decide it.
You'll get an Excel model you can change and a short report in Word and PDF, in English, French or Arabic.

What is the difference with your business plan gig?
A feasibility study tells you whether to launch the project and under which conditions. A business plan presents a project you have already decided to launch, to convince a bank or investors.
Which countries do you cover?
Any country. Tell me the country and city in the questionnaire and I'll base prices, costs, taxes and payroll on local sources, each one cited in the model.
What if the study shows the project is not viable?
Then the study did its job: it saved you from a costly mistake. I show which assumptions break the project and what would need to change (price, size, location or budget) to make it work.
What do I need to provide?
Your project idea, the location, your budget range and any figures you already have (quotes, rents, prices, costs). If data is missing, we build the assumptions together.
Do you offer calls?
No. All communication happens through Fiverr messages, in English, French or Arabic. Written exchanges keep a clear record of every assumption and decision.
