Why should I pay you when I can set up a cron job myself?
This gig is aimed at someone who couldn't set up or fix a Linux cron job themselves.
Do you charge based on number of cron jobs you set up?
I charge based on the overall effort involved and the time it takes. So, it would not be based on the number of cron jobs and so you would be paying lesser if you have multiple cron jobs to be set up.
Do you fix the shell/php/perl/python script that I want to schedule as a cron job?
If it is a basic script, I can fix it for $5 (order gig extra for this). I cannot fix not-so-basic php/perl/python scripts.
