Will my product be returned?
At this point, I do not offer product returns.
Do you post on your social media account?
No. The video is sent to the buyer directly after the production is complete.
Do you offer revisions?
No. I only offer free revisions for mistakes made by me. If you need a revision due to wanting a change in script or tone, there will be a fee. Make sure to make those changes before the order is submitted.
Are b-roll included?
Yes. Content includes up to 5 b-roll shots unless otherwise specified in the agreed upon brief.
What equipment do you use?
I use my iPhone 16 ProMax for my projects. I prefer to use natural lightening, but have ring light options if needed. I have a green screen and professional microphone.
How quickly can you deliver?
Most deliveries are made within 5-7 business days. However, most orders do get delivered ahead of schedule. Rush delivery is available for an extra fee.
