I will design custom industrial process vessels for fabrication

Every vessel has a different job. A separator that has to handle a specific flow. A reactor with heating or cooling requirements. A receiver with limited space. An existing vessel that needs new nozzles, different connections or a complete redesign.

That is why I don't approach vessel design as a fixed template. I develop the vessel around your actual requirements capacity, pressure, temperature, material, process connections, available space, supports, fabrication approach and other project constraints.

From there, I can develop the 2D engineering layout, 3D CAD model, nozzle and support arrangement, GA/fabrication drawings and required engineering calculations.

The result is not simply a vessel that looks right on screen. It is a project-specific design developed around how the equipment is expected to work and how it needs to be built.
