Is this for Square Online or Squarespace?
This service is for existing Square Online websites. Square Online and Squarespace are different platforms.
How will you access my website?
Invite me to your Square team using my own login, with only the website permissions needed for the project. Please do not share your password. I do not need access to banking or payouts.
What do I need to provide?
Your website link, a clear change list, the pages included, final text, photos, logo, brand colors, and any reference sites. Please confirm that you have permission to use all supplied content.
What is included in each package?
Basic updates up to 20 supplied photos and 300 supplied words across 3 existing pages. Standard refreshes the homepage layout and global styling across up to 8 pages. Premium redesigns up to 8 existing pages. You supply all content.
Will my booking and gift-card links still work?
I will preserve existing booking and gift-card links and check them after the updates. New booking systems, gift-card setup, payment configuration, and backend changes are outside these packages.
Can you add custom features or move my site to another platform?
These packages cover visual and content updates within the Square Online editor and your current plan. Custom code, platform migrations, new integrations, product catalog work, and paid upgrades are outside the package scope.
What counts as a revision?
Basic includes 1 revision; Standard and Premium include 2. A revision is one consolidated round of adjustments to the agreed work. New pages, a different design direction, or additional features require a separate quote.
