About this Gig
Planning a Disney World trip is overwhelming Lightning Lane strategy, dining reservations that book out 60 days in advance, park hopping logistics, and a budget that can spiral fast.
I'll build you a custom day-by-day plan based on your budget, group size, and priorities not generic advice you could Google yourself. I go to the parks multiple times a year and I am always keeping up with everything going on in the parks.
What you get: a detailed itinerary (down to the hour on Standard/Premium), dining and Lightning Lane strategy, and insider tips from real trip-planning experience.
Premium clients get the full concierge treatment: we talk through your goals and budget, I put together a few different trip directions to choose from, then we refine it together until it's exactly right.
Message me before ordering if you have a unique situation (large group, special occasion, first-timers) happy to advise on the right package.
I WANT TO HELP YOU FIRST AND FOREMOST. Please ask me any questions you have before, during, or after the process so you can have a better understanding of everything going on and get exactly what YOU want. I have 3 young kids so I don't get bothered easily :D

FAQ
What information do you need from me to get started?
Your travel dates, group size/ages, resort, budget, and what matters most to you (rides, character dining, relaxation, etc.) You will get a short questionnaire about this after you order.
Do you book anything for me (tickets, hotels, dining reservations)?
No. I lead the way for you by building the plan and strategy; you (or your travel agent) handle the actual bookings. This keeps your payment info fully in your own hands.
What if my trip includes a special occasion or a large group?
No problem, just mention it in your requirements or message me before ordering so I can plan around it.
How far in advance should I order?
Ideally 60+ days before your trip, since that's when dining reservations open — but I can work with shorter timelines too. Whatever is best for you.
Can you plan trips for other Disney destinations (Disneyland, international parks)?
My expertise is specifically Walt Disney World in Florida, but message me first if you need a different destination. I still have good knowledge of all the other parks.
Is this worth service really worth it?
I think, as a first time visitor especially, Disney can be very stressful if not planned right. I want to take any anxiety away by giving you my knowledge and making sure you get to do what you want and not miss out on anything special that you may not have known or due to misplanning.
