- Products can be mailed directly to us, or we can order them from Amazon Prime
- I can photograph your product in-use, in a lifestyle setting, with a male/female model of any age (including babies & children) * Full face models = additional fee.
- I photograph highly complex products, metallic or reflective, glass, or with complex edges.
- Production time depends on workload & product. Please contact us before ordering
- I also do on-location shooting ( outdoor/urban environment ) - we charge a lot for this.
- Photos will EXCEED Amazon's image standards.
- Basic Retouching is included to make sure your product looks amazing.
- We can create infographics for product photos.

What is your production time?
It depends on our workload and your product. If there is a model involved, we may take longer depending on how soon we can get one in.
Can you meet Amazon photo standards? Are they zoomable?
Our photos exceed Amazon image standards. All images are zoomable?
I have photos of my product. Can you edit them for me?
No. We edit our own images. We may consider editing yours if you have RAW files ( .NEF, .MEF, .ARW, .DNG, .CR2 files ).
I'm a first time buyer. Can I have a discount?
No. We pour a lot of time and effort into our work.
Can I see your portfolio?
Examples of our work are on our website.. but we aren't allowed to show you that now, suffice to say you should do a web search for us and see our work on there.
What happens if you run late?
We will discount your order or comp you with extra images. We prefer to run on-time, but sometimes we will run late. We don't like to, but if we do - we try to comp our clients.
Can you get a model? What about a baby model?
Yes. Just let us know the age you need. Note, we charge.
Will you send my product back?
To be honest, we're so busy - we usually don't have time to. We generally request two samples of the product sent over, and if you want it back - it may take up to 30 days for us to send it back.
