Yes — after ordering you'll complete a short intake form (about 10 minutes) covering your business name, state, industry, PTO structure, benefits, and any specific policies. The more detail you provide, the better your handbook will be.
What format will I receive the documents in?
All documents are delivered as Microsoft Word (.docx) files. You can edit them in Word, Google Docs, or any compatible editor.
Are these documents legally reviewed?
These documents are professionally written and customized but are not a substitute for legal counsel. I recommend having an attorney review any HR documentation, particularly if your state has specific employment law requirements.
What if I need changes after delivery?
One round of revisions is included with every package. Send me your feedback and I'll update within 2 business days.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
My documents are written for US-based small businesses. I don't currently offer services for international businesses.
