FAQ
What if I don’t have images or text written yet?
No problem at all! I can assist with layout concepts, stock imagery, and clean visual typography based on your business style to give your site a polished look.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the overall design direction?
Your satisfaction is my priority. We will work through included revisions to fine-tune the look. If we explore concepts and you feel the overall direction isn't working for your brand and don't wish to keep the design, we can discuss partial refund options through the order process.
Do you design online stores or e-commerce websites?
No, this gig does not cover full e-commerce stores, multi-product shopping carts, or catalog inventory setups. It is specifically tailored for clean informational pages, brand identities, and service-based appointment bookings.
Can clients pay for appointment deposits or booking packages on my site?
Yes! While full retail e-commerce is not included, I can set up single service bookings, appointment deposits, and multi-session booking packages using Wix Bookings.
