FAQ
Which platform do you recommend, Brilliant Directories or WordPress (Directorist)?
Brilliant Directories is ideal if you want a turnkey, all-in-one platform built specifically for membership directories. Directorist on WordPress is best if you want full customization freedom and lower ongoing software fees. I can help you choose the best option.
Can you import existing business listings from a CSV or Excel spreadsheet?
Yes! I can format and import your existing listing data, including titles, addresses, contact details, categories, and images directly into your database.
Can I charge businesses to post listings on my directory website?
Absolutely. I configure payment gateways like Stripe or PayPal so you can charge recurring monthly/annual fees for premium listings, featured placements, or membership tiers.
Will users be able to search for listings by location and category?
Yes. I set up interactive map integrations, location-based radius searches, category filters, and keyword search bars for instant results.
Can businesses claim their existing listing on my site?
Yes. I can enable "Claim Listing" functionality so business owners can verify ownership, upgrade their profile tier, and manage their listing details directly.
Can I contact you before placing an order?
Yes! Please send a direct message with your directory goals so we can confirm your technical requirements before starting.
