Which PrestaShop versions do you support?
I can work with different PrestaShop versions. Please tell me your exact PrestaShop and PHP versions before ordering so I can check the situation.
Do you need access to my website?
It depends on the issue. For many bugs I may need temporary access to the PrestaShop back office, FTP/SFTP files or hosting logs. I will only request the access that is necessary for the job.
Can you fix third-party PrestaShop modules?
Yes, in many cases. I can investigate module errors, compatibility issues and conflicts. Please contact me first because some encrypted or protected modules cannot be modified.
What happens if the problem is more complex than expected?
I will explain what I found before doing additional work. I will never turn a simple order into extra work without discussing it with you first.
