Do I need to message you before ordering?
You may order the Quick Fix package directly for a clearly defined minor issue. Message me first if the cause is unclear, the website is offline, or the problem affects checkout, payments, hosting, or several parts of the site.
What counts as a small issue?
A small issue is limited to one area and usually has a straightforward fix, such as a broken button, minor layout problem, incorrect setting, simple form issue, or small mobile-display error.
What counts as a moderate issue?
A moderate issue requires more investigation, such as a plugin conflict, update error, login problem, broken form, or several related display issues.
Can you guide me instead of making the changes?
Yes. You can order a written diagnosis or consultation if you prefer to make the changes yourself. Returning buyers can also message me for support tailored to their website and level of experience.
Will you need access to my website?
Hands-on fixes do require temporary WordPress administrator access. Some problems may also require hosting, FTP, database, DNS, or control-panel access. But I'll only request access that is necessary for the agreed work.
Is malware removal included?
No. Hacked websites and malware removal require a separate security assessment because the work can extend beyond one visible problem.
What happens if the issue returns?
The Premium package includes 7 days of support for the same repaired issue. A new problem, a software update, or a change made by another person would be treated as a separate request.
